• Grades:ASTM A106 covers three grades (A, B, and C), with Grade B being the most widely used.

• Production:Seamless pipes are manufactured by passing hot steel billets through a die to create the desired diameter and wall thickness. 
• Coatings:Can be coated with materials like epoxy, FBE, or galvanization to enhance corrosion resistance. 
• Ends:Can be plain end, beveled, or threaded. 
• Lengths:Available in random lengths, double random lengths, or custom lengths. 

• ASTM A53 Grade B: Has similar chemical composition and mechanical strength to ASTM A106 Grade B. However, A106 steel is only seamless, while A53 may be seamless or welded. 
• API 5L Grade B: Has similar minimum tensile strength to ASTM A106 Grade B. However, API 5L Grade B has a slightly higher minimum yield strength and better ductility. 
• DIN 17175 St35.8: Considered equivalent to ASTM A106 Grade B, especially in high-temperature service applications. 
• JIS G3454 STPG 370: Equivalent to ASTM A106 Grade B. 
• BS 3601 360A: Equivalent to ASTM A106 Grade B.
